Eyefit, Garbanzo's Mediterranean Grill to Open This Winter

Annapolis, Md. – Two new merchants, Eyefit and Garbanzo’s Mediterranean Grill, have leased a total of 5,694 square feet of space at Festival at Riva in Annapolis.

Both stores are scheduled to open this winter.

“Eyefit and Garbzano’s will be great additions to the center,” said Bill Dickinson, Rappaport Retail Brokerage’s senior director of brokerage. “The strong tenant mix really makes Festival at Riva a top shopping destination.”

Eyefit provides children and adults with a complete range of eye care services. They have leased 2,694 square feet between Giant Food and Festival Wine & Spirits. Eyefit was represented by Greg Ferrante of Jones Lang LaSalle, Americas, Inc.

Garbanzo’s Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual restaurant offering a variety of Mediterranean cuisine such as pita, falafel, shwarma and hummus, has leased 3,000 square feet next to Mattress Discounters. Matthew Skalet of KLNB Retail Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

Festival at Riva is at the intersection of Forest Drive and Riva Road. The shopping center is anchored by Giant Food, Michael’s, Petco and T.J. Maxx and offers a wide assortment of retailers, restaurants and services such as Lane Bryant, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Franklin Toys, Carters, Men’s Wearhouse and GameStop. The Rappaport Companies provides property management, leasing and marketing services for the center. Festival at Riva is owned by American Realty Advisors.
